Saajhi’s Community Guidelines ensure we all members work together and mutually grow this place with freedom, respect & trust to express our thoughts and imaginations in form of creative writing & expression, and make sure we learn, grow & improve to make this community a global platform and we do ensure to be your favourite with new updates.
By using Saajhi, you agree to abide by our community guidelines & our Terms of Use & conditions, when using our products and services (“Services”). None of us at Saajhi will ever violate these guidelines and we trust that you will not do so either. Violation of these guidelines may lead to restrictions on the content you post, or possibly even deletion of your content, disable your posting & commenting rights or the temporary or permanent disabling of your account.
We may alter or update these guidelines so kindly refer to these guidelines regularly.

1. Post only original content

Whether it’s a story, poem, quote or a shayari, make sure you post only original content, which means, you should have written and/or performed it on your own. Post only authentic content, and don’t post anything you’ve copied or collected from the Internet that you don’t have the right to post. If you are sharing someone else’s content, please make sure to credit the original writer or mention the fact that you are not the original writer of the content.

2. Post content and photos that are appropriate for a diverse audience

Do not circulate content, images that encompasses nudity, graphic sex acts, or sexually uncensored material that are indicated to degrade the allure of human body. Do not operate traffic to handle commercial pornography sites. Your profile cannot include adult or derogatory data inappropriate for minors. For example, do not use pictures that exhibit a person’s sexual organs.

3. We hate spam

Do not send spam, including sending undesirable publicizing or commercial data, or undesirable mass solicitation. You shall not create serial accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or with overlapping use cases. Help Saajhi stay spam-free by not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares, posting repetitive comments or content (using bots, scripts or in any other way), or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent.

4. Do not indulge in Felonious Activities

Do not use our creation to participate in felonious activities including but not limited to account hijacking, scams, gambling or encourage menacing and/or illegal acts which will harm any person(s). Do not disseminate viruses, malware, or any other malign or ruinous code that will harm the functionality of the website. Do not access another user’s account without the users prior consent. Do not use our products for phishing scams. Do not manipulate ranking or relevancy using strategy like repetitive or deceptive keywords or metadata, offering incentives to review your product, or posting fake reviews.

5. Do not circulate other’s Personal Intimate Information

Do not circulate other people’s confidential details, including but not limited to age, sexual orientation, address, telephone and/or mobile numbers, credit card numbers, personal national ID numbers, or account passwords, without their prior written assent. Note that information that is already available elsewhere on the Internet or in public records is not considered to be private or confidential under our policies.

6. Be respectful of other members of the community

We want to build a positive & healthy global community. We do not allow content that contains credible threats or hate speech, content that targets private individuals to degrade or shame them, personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted comments. It’s never acceptable to promote violence or attack anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases. In case hate speech is being shared to challenge it or to raise awareness, we may allow it but even in such instances, we ask you to express your intent clearly. We also do not permit any threats of harm to public and personal safety. Respect all members of the Saajhi community.

7. Child Protection

Do not circulate content that ill-treats children, such as child pornography (including but not limited to cartoon child pornography, child abuse, targets or perpetrators of cyber bullying) or data that represents children in any sexual manner.

8. Be respectful to the team

The Saajhi team will always be there to help and support you, you know we love you. Our community is family to us. However, abusive, spammy and harassing e-mails to the team will result in your e-mails being moved to Spam. Remember the team behind Saajhi is made up of real human beings. Saajhi only removes accounts and posts that are not following our Guidelines and Terms of use. It’s important to remember that Saajhi does not mediate disputes between people who use our service. Please go through the Terms of Use of Saajhi to understand our responsibilities and limitations in our responsibilities.

9. Reaching the team

we may try our best to resolve each of your queries on the go. For the same reason, we have set up a support page which encompasses all the queries that you may have. Also, we have an email id where you can shoot all your queries and suggestion, [email protected] You may not hear back from us immediately and we may take up to 5 business days. However, depending on the volume of mails that we receive, it may take longer for us to reply. If you mail us with issues that are already covered in the help or faq section, there are chances that you might not receive the response from us due to heavy volumes of mails received by us. We have tried to provide the power to the users to take decision on the basis of their judgement whether to interact with a user or not. Please block any users who are bothering you or spamming your posts or account.

10. Multiple Saajhi Accounts You may create multiple accounts on Saajhi however, none of them should breach the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Community Guidelines of Saajhi. If one of your accounts has been permanently banned from Saajhi,you may not be permitted to access the Service ever again through any of your accounts.
Illegal is bad, on Saajhi as in real life. Nothing illegal should be posted on the app, and if you see something illegal on it, please do bring it to our attention at once.

11. Engage in Good Faith

We are trying to build a healthy community where participants engage with each other in good faith. It’s not appropriate to attack other people on Saajhi. Be polite and do not spread negative comments unnecessarily. Do not mislead other people with false information. Gambling heavily restricted in India. The Information Technology Act 2000 regulates cyber activities in India and prohibits publication or transmission of information that can corrupt people.
Do not give in details that enable online gambling, including sports wager, raffles, or online casinos.

12. Legal Rights

Kindly do not slander, persecute, stalk, intimidate, or otherwise infringe the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. These community guidelines are applicable to the content you post(s) on our App, Website, or Service. However some Services have their own policy, which could be located within those Services and are applicable to your use of them. All our Services are regulated by their applicable terms of Service & Use.
We understand that people often share this kind of content to condemn, raise awareness or educate. If you do share content for these reasons, we encourage you to caption or mention your photo with a warning about graphic violence. Sharing graphic images for sadistic pleasure or to glorify violence is never allowed.
